David has over 22 years’ experience in advising and representing commercial property occupiers. Through Office Tenant Advisory, he now helps businesses with as few as 5 to 10 staff across Australia to find and lease premises that are right for them, on the best terms possible.
David is not aligned or affiliated with any real estate firms, developers or agents, which enables him to act as a truly independent property consultant. The services he provides include negotiating lease renewals, identifying and leasing new accommodation, disposing of surplus space, make good assessments, lease due diligence in business acquisitions, and ongoing lease management.
I enjoying working directly with the decision makers. In many larger clients in my field, my local contacts have to report to overseas management, with can be slow and less effective.
Starting my own business has reinforced the importance of providing a high level of personal service to my clients.
